This meeting is for residents in the neighborhoods affected by the 2025 Road Program. Letters were mailed to the affected residents with the details.

You may stop in any time between 4 and 6:30 p.m. to learn how the 2025 Road Program may affect you, ask questions, and meet the contractors, inspectors and Village staff. We will have formal 15–30-minute presentations at 4:30 and 5:30 p.m. in which we’ll give an overview of the project.

• If you live on Woodside Road or EAST of Woodside Road, the 4:30 p.m. presentation will be geared more towards your neighborhoods.
• If you live WEST of Woodside Road, or near Richmond Road, the 5:30 p.m. presentation will be geared more toward your neighborhoods.
