Sussex Community Portal
The Sussex Online Community Portal provides residents 24/7 access to view and pay utility bills, sign up for paperless utility billing, and enroll in autopay. All Payment Service Network (PSN) utility accounts must be transitioned to the new portal by September 1, 2026. After that date, payments will no longer be accepted through PSN. Please note: There is no Quick Pay option in the new portal, and all users must create an account on the new portal.
*Action Required* Utility billing customers currently enrolled in automatic payments or paperless billing through PSN will need to cancel this service through PSN before enrolling in services through this payment portal. Log in to Payment Service Network (PSN) to cancel these services or call the Utility Billing Department at 262-246-5224.
Visit our new Community Portal today to create your secure account and begin making utility payments right away.

Note: Effective with the August 2023 billing, utility account numbers changed.

ACH Customers
ACH automatic payments are an alternative option to the Community Portal online payments. This payment method authorizes the Village to take the funds from your bank account on the due date. Access the authorization form, which must be submitted with a voided check.
Please note: You still register with the Community Portal for paperless billing if you sign up for ACH automatic payments.
If you have been making your payments through the Automatic Payment Plan, you must submit a cancellation form if you want to change to the online Community Portal system.
If you have questions about the amount of your bill or need service, call Utility Billing at 262-246-5224, or email us at utilitybilling@sussexwi.gov.
