The 2025 Road Program project consists of repairs and replacements of asphalt pavements, curb and gutter, ditches, and sidewalks, along with repairs to the Village’s sanitary, storm and water systems in the following neighborhoods:

• Pine Ridge
• Majestic Heights
• Coldwater Creek
• Ridgeview
• Braddock Place
• Water Tower Court
• Woodside Road
• Richmond Road
• Woodside Ridge (Pavement patches only and minor curb and gutter and sidewalk work.)
• Hidden Hills (No work.)

There will be no work done on Good Hope Road, Maple Avenue, or Plainview Road.

The contractors plan to start construction in mid-March, weather permitting, and finish in December 2025.
