Golden Fields of Sussex is a single-family residential development by Hartford Land Development (Kaerek Homes) located just west of Stonewood Estates in the northwest area of the Village.  The subdivision contains 26 single-family lots with construction on new homes beginning in early 2024.

Village Board approved a preliminary plat for the Redford Hills Subdivision on April 26, 2022.  This new subdivision is located on the south side of Richmond Road, west of Hwy 164.  Redford Hills has 45 single-family lots, with the average lot size around 24,000 square feet.  The subdivision will have a public trail connecting to Business Drive in the new Highlands Business Park development.

A 176-acre mixed residential use subdivision with over 200 single-family lot sizes 10,000 square feet and greater, two-family ranch-style condominium homes, and townhouses. The subdivision will have two clubhouses with pools, a 12-acre central park, and 50 acres of natural area. Construction of this site began in summer 2021 and they hope to start construction of homes in spring 2022.

Ancient Oaks will be the name of a new single-family subdivision to be developed in the Prides Crossing neighborhood. The subdivision will connect Donna Drive and Red Oak Knoll. The contractor plans to restart the underground utility construction for the sanitary sewer, storm sewer and water main at the Ancient Oaks subdivision on Wednesday July 11, 2018. The contractor will continue with the earthwork construction activities for the subdivision. Construction of the subdivision will begin in spring 2019.
