UPDATE: 5/7/26 THE SPECIAL BRUSH AND TREE PICK-UP HAS BEEN COMPLETED

The recent storm caused damage throughout the community, and many residents are dealing with downed trees and brush. To help with cleanup, the Village will be conducting a special brush and tree pickup beginning April 27th.

Important Details:

  • Crews will be making ONE pass through the Village
  • All items must be out at the curb by 7 a.m. on Monday, April 27th. Anything placed out after may not be collected.
  • We understand that there may be larger debris as a result of the storms, but please make sure branches/trees are no more than 15 inches in diameter and are no longer than 8 feet.
  • Follow standard brush collection guidelines and place your piles on the grass close the street with the cut ends facing the curb.
  • We will not be able to collect root balls from uprooted trees during this collection due to their size and weight. These will need to be handled by the property owner or through a private contractor.

The Yard Waste Site will remain open during normal business hours:

  • Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as our crews work to assist the community and safely complete this cleanup effort.
