Associated Appraisal Consultants, the Village assessor, will work in the Village over the next two to three weeks for the purpose of updating property records. You may see them driving, walking, taking pictures and/or taking measurements. They may ring the doorbell or knock to speak with a resident and will leave a door hanger with information if no one answers.

All Associated Appraisal staff carry photo identification and drive a a white Ford Escape displaying the Associated Appraisal company name on the doors. If a home is visited and no contact is made, a red tag will be left on the door.
