Annual Yard Waste Site Pass: Purchase an annual pass for $30 from the Sussex Civic Center or purchase a Pass online using our new Community Portal. Please note, you are required to create an account to purchase a pass online. When purchasing a pass online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email that will serve as your temporary pass until you receive your official pass from the Village.

• Twigs, branches and brush from trees and bushes with a diameter less than five (5) inches
• Rocks/landscape rocks
• Dirt
• Sod
• Tree stumps are NOT allowed.
• Dumping of yard waste after hours is NOT permitted.

Note: This service is designed to help homeowners with disposal of spoil from common yard projects, such as digging a hole for a tree, edging a flower garden, redoing a flower or rock garden, and other small landscape projects. This service is NOT intended for large projects, such as digging for a pool, clearing ground for a shed, garage or new driveway, or any other large project. We will not accept loads of any size from dump trucks or commercial companies.

 It is not necessary to bag your yard waste.
